Anyways I got my navel pierced a week ago. It was sort of an impulse decision even though I've thought of getting a navel piercing ever since last year but I was too much of a coward to go for it. Until recently I thought, 'I've already gotten my tongue, lip and so many parts of my ear pierced before, this won't kill me." and I was afraid I'd lose that 'urge' to go get my belly pierced so I went to get it pierced the next day hahaha.
Let me recall everything that happened on that day hmmmmmmmm....
After my shoot I met Alex and Stella, took a loooooong bus ride and reached the other side of Singapore, met Farhan and then Charlotte. Stella got her navel pierced together with me(this is awesome because we can totally relate to our so called pains hahahahhaa) and Alex got his tongue web pierced... on impulse as well just because he saw a hipster pic of it and he thought it was nice. It's really nice though!
MY EXPERIENCE - honestly, this was the most painful piercing I've ever had. I'm not even gonna lie. I couldn't remember feeling a needle going through my skin when I got my tongue/lip pierced last year. But this, I felt it. When you hear those "tough" people say "oh, navel doesn't hurt lah, it's nothing!", they are either lying or their level of pain tolerance is freaking high. Trust me. Having a needle poke through your skin HURTS. I'm not trying to freak anybody out here. But if you wanna get it pierced, go for it, it may hurt, but you won't remember the pain afterwards(well, for me lah). No pain, no gain, right? So I didn't eat anything before I got my navel pierced, which is why I felt dizzy and light-headed after that, I think I closed my eyes and passed out for a minute... the piercer told me that 50% of the people who gets their navel pierced would pass out, so it's totally normal.

A'ight, will blog tomorrow!!
