Carrine & Rainbows

Hi peeeepz just thought I would update my blog with pictures of me(what's new LOL) and a rainbow I caught outside my window days ago.

Rainbows makes me very happy, after being able to see that rainbow it totally made my night. I don't know why, call me crazy but I tend to believe that rainbows are some sort of omen! Because you only see rainbows after the rain right? So after something that happened and if it makes you upset or whatever, it'll all be ok in the end, it might even get better. So yeah, rainbows just makes me really happy! Plus it's really pretty. I hope you guys who caught the rainbow(or double rainbow!) feel the same way as well. ^^



Not very nice shots because I was busy admiring 'em hahaha after I went to put back my camera the rainbow was gone. :(
But the sky was pinkish orange/orangey pink afterwards and it was really beautiful!

One of my new year's resolutions is to snap a very 'win' photo of a pretty rainbow. Hopefully I'll keep that in mind and be lucky enough to catch one, I personally think that their pretty hard to come by.

I'm not a perfect person, there's so many things I wish I didn't do.

Ugh sorry guys there's not much interesting pictures for me to update you guys on because it is always my face my face and my face. Geez I should really take more pictures(I took a few yesterday, maybe I'll update tomorrow) ^^

Anyway, I am currently having a throat infection thanks to my cough thanks to my flu thanks to my fever. -.- But be proud of me 'cuz I still attend school despite being sick!! I've to study so much harder now so between this period of time to the MYEs I might be updating random meaningful blog entries to keep this space alive? Don't go growing mushrooms on me itsmecarrine! Okie. So I baked cookies yesterday and the outcome wasn't really fantastic BUT I baked more cookies today and guess what? THEY WERE DELICIOUS HAHAHAHA! Definitely saving some cookies for my friends once school reopens!!!! Mmmm.. I love food. HEHEHE.

1-Wk March Holidays

Hello everybirdie! ♥ HEHEHE. It's the holidays but sadly it is only 1 week long, after which my mid-year exams will be around the corner so I won't be updating much! Anyways, school's still school! I got my tongue pierced on Saturday, and what I plan to do this holidays?

• Sleep
• Eat
• Internet
  

And maybe try to complete a worksheet or two. I'll definitely find some time to revise everything so that I could be more prepared for my mid-year, unlike last year, "last minute hug buddha leg"!!!!! And I might be baking cookies!

Post-camp Day 1!

To summarize what I did today: Shop and eat shop and eat shop and eat.

Feel so lazy after blogging the blog entry about camp so pictures will pretty much do the talking yup!




















Done! School on Monday, hopefully I'll gain back my schooling mood by then, getting back my CT papers as well, hmm... XOXO

5 DAYS 4 NIGHT CAMP IN PULAU UBIN (OBS)

HI EVERYBODY I AM BACK AND I SURVIVED THE 5 DAY 4 NIGHT CAMP IN PULAU UBIN OBS.

I shall blog out everything in point form in order to not make this blog entry wordy, as there is no pictures. The blog post above will be filled with pictures taken today though!

Anyway, in conclusion, the camp was FUCKING TIRING. But thinking back from the 4th and the last day, it was actually pretty fun, and I enjoyed myself, I enjoyed the times with my watchmates(groupmates/groupies) and my friends from different groups. I broke down twice because it was so tiring and I couldn't take it anymore, yes Carrine is sucha fuckin' crybaby, a fuckin' spoilt brat, at least I learnt something from the camp! Thank you friends and groupies for taking care of me when I was in a mess, I love you all ♥

Day 1:

• We all went to Punggol and took boats to Pulau Ubin. Went to the multi-purpose hall to gather, my group's name is Kim San, after that we met my group instructor Ann. My reaction when I saw my groupmates and my instructor: "t-_-t Where are my friends zzz." But read on read on~
  
• Walked around the campus(known as Camp 1), played some bonding activies. "Trust Fall": We held a sheet and one of us will take turns falling down with our backs facing the sheet, "Helium Hoop" cb this game made us all frustrated at first, we kept failing. We had to lift up a hula-hoop with one finger up and down, but we managed to do it in the end.
  
• Oh and we had lunch in the "cook house" or something, and cooked dinner at night, rice, anchovies, sardines, baked beans, whatever.
  
• Pitched our tents at an area on grass. For 4 nights Leting sneaked into the same tent as XJ and I hahaha we chatted alot and fell asleep everytime.
  
• At the night of day 1, got woken up at 4am. I really don't know which motherfucker woke me up, shining his or her torchlight, free-flow supply sia. Got really cranky! Came out of the tent and !@#$^&(). Since I was awake I decided to go to the other areas to find my friends and disturb them as well HAHA and I got a big cut on my feet, FTS!
  

Day 2

• Sigh, another tiring day. We had to run around the whole Camp 1 in the morning, I was really tired and I got shouted at by another instructor. :( But he was nice to me in the end AHAHA regret.
  
• Ate breakfast, biscuits and bread, what's new.
  
• Practiced belaying, climbing up and down the wooden thing. I tried it when I was in P5 so it was like deja vu.
  
• Rock-climbing afterwards, I didn't expect myself to climb to the top. I initially wanted to give up, but the people at the bottom were like "CARRINE!!! Just climb to the top!!! You can do it!!!!!" So yeah, really glad that I made it, I was shaking when I came down. Really afraid of heights I tell you.
  
• Packed our bags into the heavy ass bags given to us, 2 people had to share 1 bag. Then we started walking to Camp 2 from Camp 1.
  
• It was fucking tiring. The slopes were... *insert italian vulgar handsign*. KNN. When we reached the camp site, I saw Rachel, Peiying etc. I was so tired... And so glad that I don't really have to walk much further, so being the fucking crybaby I am I cried lah.
• Showered afterwards, ugh it was real cold, I left my towel at Camp 2 by the way. LOL.
  
• We had rice for dinner once more, enjoyed the mushroom soup haha Charles(one of my groupmates) and I kept stealing sips while Ann was still boiling it(using bricks + solid fuel)
• Pitched our tents. And I had a good night sleep with XJ and LT in the tent. We laughed really loud, alot of inside jokes, I kept smiling to myself thinking of it I swear. And when we fell asleep, nobody disturbed us, we didn't wake up. Sieh shiok I tell you, *two thumbs up!*
  

Day 3:

• Day 3 was the most fun. But the most horrible and tiring. In the morning, we went to the beach area and practiced kayaking, we all had to capsize our kayaks, learn how to rescue the people who capsized etc.
  
• And when we started our journey to kayak from camp 2 to camp 3... Wow... FUCKING HORRIBLE!!!
• From the start it was pretty fun. But guess what, we took 7 freaking hours excluding the 3 hours we had to practice. It was so tiring. And when we reached the stupid campsite(camp 3) I broke down immediately I swear. WE COULDN'T BATHE. THERE WAS NO FREAKIN' TOILET. I was so dirty and wet 'cuz of the seawater, so cold, so hungry. It was evening(7.30pm) when we reached. It was so dark...
  
• And our campsite... It was so deep inside the forest. Like a god damn jungle, we all had to pitch the damn tent in the dark, cook in the dark... ARGH.
  
• Nonetheless thank you friends and groupies for offering me your food, for helping me pitch the tent, for lending me your shoulders and your listening ears to cry and to complain on.
  
• We all had to sleep on hard ground(there was little rocks all over the place we pitched our tents), but I was so tired I just KO-ed.
  

Day 4:

• Woke up at 7 in the morning. LOL. Kim San is always late for gatherings. We had to wake up ourselves, but it was really hard hahaha. We had to gather at 6.30am but we ended up gathering at 8 plus plus?
  
• So breakfast was biscuits and bread as usual. We had to do an area clean up. Other groups were kayaking back to Camp 1. We had to trek(walk).
  
• But trekking wasn't that bad. Me and my groupies were SINGING during the journey. We were changing the lyrics of some kpop songs HAHAHAHA I'm laughing to myself now ok omg!!!!!
  
• We had to stop at a checkpoint(we went up to a hut) to have our lunch. Laughed and joked alot with my groupmates, together with another buddy-group of ours. The quarry was really beautiful, we all enjoyed the scenery, and we all shouted in unison to hear our echos. Fucking hilarious. We shouted our principal's name, and the rest are inside jokes once again hahahaha.
  
• So we continued trekking back to Camp 1, it started to rain but fuck it, the rain helped us moved faster. And when we reached there I showered immediately, and we gathered around the area called "All for one One for all" and cooked our celebration dinner.
  
• The celebration dinner was real fun I swear. Watching them cook eggs was BEST, my groupies initially wanted to cook a simple egg or something, and then they got all confused and we're like meh, fuck it let's make scrambled eggs. The outcome was real funny hahahaha.
• After the dinner we all chatted and stuff. Played with my friends who're in a different watch as me, we're like, "EH! KNNBCCB. BUEY SONG SIBOOOZXC.(LOL!) FIGHT LAH! COME ONLY COME ONLY. 1... 2... 3... SCISSORS PAPER STONE!" HAHAHAHAHA.
  
• Then it was real dark at night, went to pitch our tents and stuff.
• Went to find the rest to ton, hid in the tent like some retards, squeezing in one damn tent y'know. Fuckin' Haziq was sleeping on my leg like a baby HAHAHA. Then we went out, it was pretty creepy, and we walked around the whole of OBS.
  
• Walked pass dorms, there were adults from China attending another course there, and they all shouted at them waking them up hahaha. It was like in the middle of the freaking night.
  
• Walked up the slopes, ran down, chit chatted and slacked.
  
• At around 3 in the morn some of the girls wanted to go back to the tent and sleep, didn't want to bastard('pang seh') the rest so I accompanied them and we all went to the jetty to chillax haha. Saw an instructor and we had to run again !@#$%^&*()
  
• Sat along one road and we were freakin' sleepy. It was around 4 in the morning before all of us started lying down on each other's shoulders, lying down on the road etc. So we went back to our tents and slept, some of 'em didn't though, they were freakin' smart LOL they went to the DORMS to sleep you know. The freaking STORES LOL.

Day 5:

• Whoop!!!!!!! It's the last day baby!
  
• We all woke up late, Jingzhi(from my group) and co were all outside my tent, CHANTING "Carrine~ Carrine~ Carrine~ Carrine~" until I woke up hahahaha.
  
• Gathered, unpitched our tents, and did some store-packing/cleaning.
  
• Went to find the other groups, chatted and laugh and joked and stuff. We were all in the its-the-last-day-of-camp-whoop-whoop-lets-party mood.
• After breakfast at the cookhouse, and lunch at our 'dorms'(instructor had talks with us + had to complete some nonsensical survey), went to the Multi-Purpose Hall once again. And we took the boat back to Punggol > bus back to school > hugged all of my friends who didn't go for the camp in school > Ah heng treated me popcorn chicken > DADDY FETCHED ME HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
• Hugged Spooky. Showered(took a freaking hot and long one). Slept for 14 hours.

I miss my friends and groupmates already! And honestly, I miss OBS. But, I don't wanna go back there. Never again much? OKOK XOXO I'LL END THIS POST QUICKLY!
